Another nice showing for Green Gospel, short-listed for the 2012 Balcones Fiction Prize. Fellow NC writer Liza Wieland was also a finalist.

Just found out that Green Gospel was named First Runner Up in the General Fiction category of the 2012 Eric Hoffer Awards! It’s really an honor, especially given that the winner was fellow North Carolinian Val Nieman and her amazing novel, Blood Clay. Here’s the link.
